“Your natural state is one of wellness.” – Abraham-Hicks
Good health is your birthright. Being healthy, fit and full of vitality is your natural state of being. The good news is, no matter how far away you may feel from your natural state, the cells of your body can always regain their balance.
Your thoughts created your current body conditions, and your thoughts can also create the body you would like to have. You have the power to override any physical condition. All it takes is a shift in your thoughts and the belief that you can.
The following tips will help you to align with vibrant health. Make sure you read the whole list – some of these tips might surprise you.
1. Think Good Feeling Thoughts
Most people believe that their health and body are a reflection of their genetics, environment and the food they eat. The truth is, you are what you think. Your body and health, like all aspects of your life, are a reflection of your thoughts. Your cells respond to your thoughts and if they have an environment of positivity, you will remain in a state of good health. If they are constantly filled with negativity and stress, your cells become hindered in their natural balancing process and your health will be impaired. Over time, this creates dis-ease.
“There is nothing in the Universe that responds faster to your thoughts than your own physical body, and so aligned thoughts bring a quick response and obvious results.” -Abraham-Hicks
“When your thoughts are chronically good-feeling – your physical body will thrive.” -Abraham-Hicks
“Your natural state is one of wellness, one of absolute health, one of perfect bodily conditions – and if you are experiencing anything other than that, it is only because the balance of thought within you is toward the lack of what you want instead of what you do want.” -Abraham-Hicks
2. Drink Lots of Water
Your physical body is primarily water, so water is the supporting basis component through which all of the other energies flows. Abraham-Hicks encourages us to drink lots and lots of water because energy transmission is affected – the more water you drink the more easily the energy flows and every cell in your body benefits.
“Drink much more water than you are accustomed to drinking, and let it be 90% of the liquids you consume…When you drink a lot of water – every function of your body works more efficiently.” -Abraham-Hicks
“Water, carried by blood and bodily fluids, is the means by which nourishment is circulated throughout our bodies. This flow of water enables us to live active lives. Water serves as the transporter of energy throughout our body.” -Masaru Emoto, Hidden Messages in Water
3. Eat High Vibration Food
Feed your body nourishing, vibrant foods that are filled with positive life force energy. Eating high vibration food is beneficial for your health because these foods are natural, unprocessed, and full of essential nutrients and vitamins. High vibration foods are also known to have higher levels of energy, which helps to promote overall wellness, mental clarity, and better physical performance. Additionally, these foods can provide the body with antioxidant protection, improve digestion, and support a healthy immune system.
Having said that, even though high vibration foods are more in harmony with your biology. your vibration has more impact on your overall health than the food you put into your body.
“Your physical wellness is affected much more by your vibrational balance than it is by the things that you put into your body.” -Abraham-Hicks
4. Move Your Body
Find reasons to move your body – your body likes to move! It doesn’t need to be dramatic movement, just some kind of motion – walking, moving the arms, flexing and stretching the muscles. Moving your body contributes to vibrant health because it helps to keep your muscles and bones strong, increases your flexibility and can also help with weight management. Exercise can also help to reduce stress, improve your sleep, and boost your mood. Moving your body increases the oxygen flow – which brings us to the next tip…
5. Practice Deep Breathing
Breathing is so advantageous to your physical well-being because it aerates the cells of your body. The more you deliberately breathe, the more the blood, water and electricity within your body are able to move about with less restriction. That’s why exercise is so beneficial. When you move your body, your body demands more breathing.
When you take long deep breaths in and out you allow your cells to receive the benefit of it too. You have trillions of cells in your body and each one of them has a point of consciousness and its own vortex. Your cells know what it does and doesn’t want, so your cells are constantly reclaiming balance.
Deep breathing helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by calming the nervous system. It can also help to reduce inflammation and improve cardiovascular health by the increased oxygen intake. Additionally, breathing exercises can help with mental clarity, focus, and concentration. This can also help to improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue. Lastly, breathing exercises can be used to help with pain management and relaxation.
6. Sleep & Rest When You’re Tired
Forget what you’ve read about getting eight hours of sleep at night. We’ve been conditioned to believe that is our natural biological rhythm. And while it may be true for some, it is not true for everyone. Allow yourself to follow your own natural rhythm – go to sleep when you’re tired and awaken when you feel refreshed. This might be challenging to do under your current work situation, but maybe you can sleep in snatches more frequently, take a nap on your lunch hour, snatch a little nap after work, or sleep a shorter expanse in the middle of the night. Abraham-Hicks recommends sleeping for only 4 hour stretches because the body benefits so much by motion.
7. Laugh More
Laughing has been proven to have a wide range of health benefits, both physical and mental. Studies have shown that laughing activates your body’s T cells (or immune system cells) to help your body ward off germs, flues, and illness, and the more you laugh and approach life positively, the fewer chronic diseases will develop. It’s also a natural pain killer, strengthens your heart, banishes stress, eases depression, and helps you to relax. For vibrant health and a longer life span, be sure to laugh everyday!
8. Stop Complaining
Complaining is hazardous to your health. When you complain, you increase your levels of cortisol, also known as the stress hormone. Chronically high levels of cortisol can lead to a variety of health problems, including increased risk of depression, digestive problems, sleep issues, higher blood pressure and even increased risk of heart disease.
“Many do not realize that before they were complaining about an aching body or a chronic disease, they were complaining about many other things first. It does not matter if the object of your complaint is about someone you are angry with, someone who has betrayed you, behavior in others that you believe is wrong, or something wrong with your own physical body – complaining is complaining, and it disallows recovery.” -Abraham-Hicks
9. Practice Forgiveness
Forgiveness has many benefits for physical, mental, and emotional health. Forgiveness can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve self-esteem and self-confidence, and support healthy relationships. It can also help to reduce anger, hostility, and aggression, and improve physical health by reducing heart rate, blood pressure, and stress hormone levels. In addition, it can improve mental clarity and help you to move on from the past and focus on the present. Forgiveness can also free you from feelings of resentment and help you to gain closure and peace of mind.
10. Release Fear & Anger
Louise Hay said it best:
“I’ve learned that there are really just two mental patterns that contribute to dis-ease: fear and anger. Anger can show up as impatience, irritation, frustration, criticism, resentment, jealousy, or bitterness. These are all thoughts that poison the body. When we release this burden, all the organs in our body begin to function properly. Fear could be tension, anxiety, nervousness, worry, doubt, insecurity, feeling not good enough, or unworthiness. Do you relate to any of this stuff? We must learn to substitute faith for fear if we are to heal.”
11. Practice Energy Medicine Techniques
Energy medicine is a holistic approach to health that focuses on the body’s energy field and how it affects physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can be used to help restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It promotes healing by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes. By working with the body’s own energy, energy medicine helps to restore balance and vitality to the body, mind, and spirit. It can also help reduce stress, improve sleep, boost immunity, increase energy levels, and improve overall health. Energy medicine is beneficial for both physical and mental health, as it helps to connect the mind, body, and spirit. Give Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine a try.
12. Balance Your Chakras
Chakras are energy centers located along the spine that regulate the flow of energy in the body. They are related to physical, mental, and spiritual health. When the chakras are balanced, they can help to improve physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. When they become blocked, they can manifest as physical, mental, or emotional issues, such as headaches, anxiety, depression, or feelings of disconnection. Balancing the chakras can help to reduce or eliminate physical, mental, and emotional symptoms, and bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance.
13. Intend to Have Vibrant Health
Setting an intention is strong, clear and willed. Your intent moves your desire from a wish to a commitment to create. Intentions tell your conscious and subconscious minds, “One way or another, I will create what I want.” Even your DNA can be being changed by your own intent. By simply setting an intention, you have the power to influence your body and create vibrant health!
“Whatever you wish to accomplish is an existing fact, already present in Spirit. Eliminate from your mind thoughts of conditions, limitations, or the possibility of it not manifesting. If left undisturbed in your mind and in the mind of intention simultaneously, it will germinate into reality in the physical world.” -Wayne Dyer
14. Visualize Yourself Having Vibrant Health
Visualization is a powerful conscious creation tool to steer your life in the direction of your desires. Your subconscious mind responds to pictures in your mind so when you visualize yourself having vibrant health, it doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined so it will create for you what you’re focusing on in your mind.
Visualize yourself as healthy and vibrant, surrounded by people who love and care for you. See yourself in a healthy and vibrant body, with plenty of energy and vitality for daily activities.
15. Release Your Karma
“With karma comes health problems, unexplained fears and troubles, monetary problems, human relationship workouts and career puzzles. Karma also brings prosperity, health, wisdom, manifestation and abundance (such is the duality). Life lessons (related to karma) are superimposed. They are overall imprints that set a covert (commonly unrecognized) goal for you to work toward… All human diseases, dysfunctions and imbalances are directly related to karmic imprint. Without any karmic imprint you would have no health problems at all.” -Kryon
We have entered into a time of new energy and have access to powers we didn’t have previously. One of those powers is to release our karma. To release your karma, you simply need to state your intent to do so. To learn more about why and how to release your karma, I highly recommend reading The End Times by Lee Carroll. It’s the first of the Kryon books, channeled by Lee Carroll.
16. Know your Human Design
Knowing your Human Design can contribute to vibrant health because it helps you to identify and recognize the unique aspects of your physical and mental makeup. Your Human Design gives you a better understanding of how to take care of your body, mind, and spirit, enabling you to make decisions that are better aligned with your natural energy and rhythms. It can help you to identify your weaknesses and strengths, allowing you to focus on areas that need more attention and energy, as well as recognize which areas are already functioning well. Additionally, it can provide insight into which foods, activities, and lifestyle choices are best suited to your energy type, helping you to make healthier and more informed decisions.
You can get you free Human Design chart at geneticmatrix.com. If you would like to have your chart interpreted for you, I offer personalized Human Design Blueprints here.
17. Know Your Gene Key Radiance
The Gene Keys is a self-realization teaching method developed by Richard Rudd. The system encompasses a beautiful blend of genetics, quantum mechanics, personal development, myths, archetypes, and the ancient wisdom of astrology and the I’Ching. If you go the Gene Keys website and generate your free Hologenetic Profile (you will need your day, time and place of birth), you will get a personalized map of your inner being. Included with your profile is a brief explanation of four of the spheres, one being your ‘Radiance’. This tells you in a nutshell what you need to include in your life to stay healthy.
Mine says that I need to be free to roam and being inactive and sitting in a chair all day will cause my body to lose it’s natural intelligence. For a client of mine, it’s important for her to remain attuned to her body, particularly keeping the heart area softened. And another client’s health depends upon her being patient and finding steady routines in life and sticking to them.
18. Speak to Your Cells
Talking to your cells is good for your health because it helps to create a positive relationship with your body. This connection helps to create a more positive attitude towards your body, which can lead to improved physical health. By talking to your cells, you are also sending them positive energy, which encourages them to function better and stay healthy.
Every cell in your body hears you, listens to you, and awaits your instruction. You’re the boss and they will do what you say. For vibrant health, acknowledge the cells in your body, communicate with them, and let go of the belief that they are somehow separate from you. Start saying “we” instead of “I.”
Kryon says, “…verbalization is critical to your entire process. Verbalization? What does that have to do with biology? Again, it’s due to the fact that your biology and your intellect and your spiritual side have all come together to speak words into the air, words that your biology and that of others hear as sound. What you speak is what you create! Do you catch yourself saying this part or that part hurts? Change it to “WE HURT.” Verbalize in all of your communications the “we-ness” and the oneness of your biology. Then honor the parts. Start practicing this, dear ones, and you’re going to see a difference in your life. Never verbalize your doubt or your seeming inability to do something. By doing so you give it credibility and your cells hear you do it! Is it no wonder they do not cooperate with the healer?”
And here is wisdom from Abraham-Hicks regarding your cells:
“Your body is made up of intelligent cells that are always bringing themselves into balance, and the better you feel, the less you are vibrationally interfering with the cellular re-balancing.”
“If you are focused upon things that are bothering you, the cells of your body are hindered in their natural balancing process – and once an illness has been diagnosed and you then turn your attention to that illness, the hindering is greater still.”
“Since the cells of your body know what to do to come into balance, if you can find a way of focusing your attention upon good-feeling thoughts, you will stop your negative interference and your recovery will come.”
“The cells of your body cannot develop negative tendencies that lead to disease when you are in alignment with your Source. Your cells can only get out of alignment when you are.”
19. Connect with Your Inner Being
Connecting with your Inner Being and practicing spiritual activities such as meditation and prayer, will help to open your heart and mind and will increase your vibration. This can be beneficial to your physical, mental, and emotional health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, and promoting a healthier lifestyle overall. Additionally, research suggests that people who have a strong faith or spiritual connection tend to have better physical health and a greater sense of well-being.
“In very simple terms, in order to be at your maximum state of health and Well-Being, you must be in vibrational alignment with your Inner Being…” -Abraham-Hicks
20. Wisdom from Louise Hay
And last but not least, here’s sound advice from Louise Hay:
“For us to become whole and healthy, we must balance the body, mind, and spirit. We need to take good care of our bodies. We need to have a positive mental attitude about ourselves and about life. And we need to have a strong spiritual connection. When these three things are balanced, we rejoice in living. No doctor or health practitioner can give us this unless we choose to take part in our healing process.”
