Round 2: Identifying the Anxiety

Tap on each of the following points while stating the specific anxieties you have about the future:

Eyebrow: I’m anxious about the future.

Side of the Eye: I worry about what’s coming.

Under the Eye: It feels overwhelming.

Under the Nose: I’m not sure I can handle it.

Chin: All this anxiety about the unknown.

Collarbone: I choose to release it.

Under the Arm: Letting go of this anxiety.

Top of Head: Releasing this anxiety.

 

Round 3: Releasing the Anxiety

Tap on the same points and say the following affirmations:

Eyebrow: Releasing this anxiety now.

Side of the Eye: Letting go of the fear.

Under the Eye: Embracing peace and calm.

Under the Nose: Trusting myself and the universe.

Chin: Releasing all the tension.

Collarbone: Allowing myself to feel safe.

Under the Arm: I am in control of my emotions.

Top of Head: Releasing this anxiety.

 

Round 4: Inviting Positivity

Tap on each point while focusing on positive statements:

Eyebrow: I choose to be optimistic about the future.

Side of the Eye: I am open to opportunities.

Under the Eye: I trust that I can handle whatever comes my way.

Under the Nose: Embracing a sense of adventure.

Chin: The future can be exciting.

Collarbone: I release anxiety and welcome joy.

Under the Arm: Choosing happiness and peace.

Top of Head: Embracing positivity.

 

Round 5: Empowering Affirmations

Tap on the same points and repeat empowering affirmations:

Eyebrow: I am strong and resilient.

Side of the Eye: I have the power to create my reality.

Under the Eye: I trust in the divine plan.

Under the Nose: I release all anxiety about the future.

Chin: I am at peace with what’s to come.
