What if you could expand your circle of friends by committing to make one new friend every day for a whole year? You may think that’s an ambitious intention, but that’s exactly what artist and designer Maria Scileppi did.
In the following video Maria shares the story of her “Friend a Day Project.” She spent one year of her life making one friend a day and cataloguing her experiences. She presents her findings in this enlightening and motivating TEDx Talk about the importance of human connection
Abraham-Hicks says that relationships are one of the most significant aspects of our physical life experience and I’m well aware of the value of connection with others and the benefits of friendship. What about you? Do you think you could put yourself out there every day for a year to create new friendships? Please share your thoughts in the comments below.
