Learning to manage your emotions is a key component to creating your best life. Each emotion has its own vibration and will energetically attract people and circumstances that match the frequency of what you are feeling.
To keep you attuned to high vibrations, I highly recommend that you develop emotional insight in your life and become more aware of what events trigger various emotions.
It’s important to pay attention to what makes you happy versus what makes you unhappy. Define the moments and situations that feel good and add more of these to your life. Define what leads to pain and frustration and how they show up in your life, and avoid or eliminate those situations.
Focus only on what you want and why you want it, and create the emotions you will need to achieve your goals and intentions.
The following journal prompts will help you to explore your emotional life so that you gain clarity and develop the emotional states you want to experience in your life on an ongoing basis.
Prompts 1- 31 are based on the emotional scale from the book Ask and It Is Given by Abraham-Hicks.
The emotional scale is a list of commonly felt emotions ranging from joy, appreciation, freedom, love and empowerment (the highest) to fear, grief, depression and powerlessness (the lowest).
The closer we are to the emotion of joy, the more easily we attract what we want into our lives.
For deep exploration, focus on one journal prompt a day, beginning with number 1. As you work through the list you may see patterns developing. Set an intention to make changes in your emotional life as needed.
As always, relax, be easy on yourself, and enjoy the process!
