However, many of us struggle with doubts about our own value, feeling unworthy or inadequate in various aspects of our lives. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as tapping, is a powerful tool that can help release these negative beliefs and foster a stronger sense of self-worth. In this article, we will explore a comprehensive EFT tapping script designed to guide you through acknowledging and releasing feelings of unworthiness, and ultimately embracing a renewed sense of self-empowerment and confidence.

To begin, tap on the Karate Chop point while saying the setup statements, then continue tapping through the rounds below:

Karate Chop Point:

Even though I feel unworthy and not good enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I struggle with feelings of low self-worth, I choose to honor and accept how I feel right now.

Even though I doubt my own value, I am open to the possibility of seeing myself differently.

Round 1 (Recognize and accept current feelings):

Eyebrow: I feel so unworthy.
Side of the Eye: I’m not good enough.
Under the Eye: I doubt my value.
Under the Nose: I feel inadequate.
Chin: I don’t believe in myself.
Collarbone: I constantly compare myself to others.
Under the Arm: I feel like I never measure up.
Top of Head: This lack of self-worth is overwhelming.

Round 2 (Potential positive shifts in perspective):

Eyebrow: Maybe I don’t have to feel this way forever.
Side of the Eye: What if I could start to see my own value?
Under the Eye: I’m open to the idea that I might be worthy.
Under the Nose: I’m considering the possibility that I’m enough.
Chin: What if I could begin to believe in myself?
Collarbone: Maybe I can stop comparing myself to others.
Under the Arm: I’m open to seeing my unique worth.
Top of Head: I’m considering the possibility of feeling good about myself.

Round 3 (Letting go of the negative emotions and barriers):

Eyebrow: I release the belief that I’m not good enough.
Side of the Eye: Letting go of my doubts about my value.
Under the Eye: Releasing feelings of inadequacy.
Under the Nose: Letting go of self-doubt.
Chin: Releasing the need to compare myself to others.
Collarbone: Letting go of the idea that I don’t measure up.
Under the Arm: Releasing this overwhelming lack of self-worth.
Top of Head: Letting go of the belief that I’m unworthy.

Round 4 (Bringing in positive, supportive energy and thoughts):

Eyebrow: I invite self-worth into my life.
Side of the Eye: I am open to feeling worthy.
Under the Eye: I welcome the belief that I am enough.
Under the Nose: I invite confidence in my value.
Chin: I welcome the belief that I am adequate.
Collarbone: I invite a sense of self-acceptance.
Under the Arm: I welcome feelings of worthiness.
Top of Head: I invite a deep sense of self-worth.

Round 5 (Positive affirmations to solidify the feelings of self-worth):

Eyebrow: I am worthy just as I am.
Side of the Eye: I am enough.
Under the Eye: I value myself.
Under the Nose: I believe in my own worth.
Chin: I am confident in who I am.
Collarbone: I accept and love myself fully.
Under the Arm: I am worthy of love and respect.
Top of Head: I embrace my self-worth with open arms.

Use this EFT Tapping script regularly to help shift your perspective and build a stronger sense of self-worth. As you tap, allow yourself to feel the emotions and gradually let go of the negative beliefs, replacing them with empowering affirmations.
