EFT Tapping Script for Opening to Receive

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping is a powerful tool for addressing emotional and physical problems by tapping on specific meridian points. This script is designed to help you open yourself up to receive abundance, love, and success. Before you begin, ensure you are in a comfortable position and have a few quiet minutes to dedicate to this practice.

Setup Statements (Repeat each statement three times while continuously tapping the karate chop point.)

  1. “Even though I have felt closed off to receiving, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
  2. “Even though I’m unsure about letting in abundance, I accept who I am and how I feel.”
  3. “Even though it’s hard for me to receive, I am open to exploring my worthiness.”

Round 1: Acknowledging the Problem

  • Eyebrow: “I feel blocked and unable to receive.”
  • Side of the Eye: “I often say no to help and opportunities.”
  • Under the Eye: “It’s like there’s a barrier around me.”
  • Under the Nose: “I’m used to doing everything alone.”
  • Chin: “I struggle to accept gifts and compliments.”
  • Collarbone: “I feel unworthy of receiving abundance.”
  • Under the Arm: “Receiving makes me uncomfortable.”
  • Top of Head: “It’s difficult to let go of my resistance.”

Round 2: Considering the Possibilities

  • Eyebrow: “Maybe it’s okay to start opening up.”
  • Side of the Eye: “What if I could let in just a little?”
  • Under the Eye: “I’m open to the idea of receiving.”
  • Under the Nose: “I’m considering that I might be worthy.”
  • Chin: “Maybe it’s safe to receive kindness.”
  • Collarbone: “What if abundance is meant for me too?”
  • Under the Arm: “I’m open to changing my beliefs about receiving.”
  • Top of Head: “It’s possible receiving could feel good.”

Round 3: Releasing the Problem

  • Eyebrow: “I release all barriers to receiving.”
  • Side of the Eye: “I let go of my need to do everything myself.”
  • Under the Eye: “I release the fear of unworthiness.”
  • Under the Nose: “I let go of all resistance to receiving help.”
  • Chin: “I release the belief that it’s not safe to receive.”
  • Collarbone: “I clear my path to abundance.”
  • Under the Arm: “I let go of past rejections that hold me back.”
  • Top of Head: “I release all doubts about my worthiness to receive.”

Round 4: Inviting Positivity

  • Eyebrow: “I invite love and abundance into my life.”
  • Side of the Eye: “I welcome help and support with open arms.”
  • Under the Eye: “I am ready to receive compliments and kindness.”
  • Under the Nose: “I allow myself to accept gifts graciously.”
  • Chin: “I am open to opportunities that come my way.”
  • Collarbone: “I welcome prosperity and success.”
  • Under the Arm: “I embrace receiving with joy and gratitude.”
  • Top of Head: “I am a magnet for positive experiences and abundance.”

Round 5: Empowering Affirmations

  • Eyebrow: “I am worthy of receiving abundance now.”
  • Side of the Eye: “I deserve love, success, and happiness.”
  • Under the Eye: “I am a powerful creator of my life.”
  • Under the Nose: “I trust the universe to bring me abundance.”
  • Chin: “Every day, I am more open to receiving.”
  • Collarbone: “I am grateful for the abundance flowing into my life.”
  • Under the Arm: “I am fully open and receptive to great abundance now.”
  • Top of Head: “I joyfully receive all good things into my life.”
