When your body is out of balance, it will let you know. First it whispers warning signs in the form of negative emotions (fear, anger, sadness, etc). These are signals that you are not in alignment with your Inner Being and your highest path.
If not addressed at the emotional level, these negative emotions will eventually manifest physically as health issues like weight gain, illness or disease.
Fortunately, no matter what the unwanted condition is, healing can occur and your well-being can be restored.
Abraham-Hicks says:
“There is no physical body, no matter what the state of decline, no matter what the conditions, that cannot achieve an improved condition.”
But before you begin your healing journey, it is important that you take these 3 steps:
1. Accept Yourself and Where You Are
You may have some health challenges and you might think that your life sucks, but it is important to make peace with yourself and where you are on your journey.
Many people fear that if they accept themselves and where they’re at, they will lose the desire to improve their life. But just the opposite is true. It’s a paradox.
When you come to the place of acceptance, the resistance falls away and positive change follows. Acceptance frees up energy and makes life improvements easier.
Self-acceptance is part of the healing process and goes hand-in-hand with happiness. In fact, your level of self-acceptance determines your level of happiness.
2. Believe in Your Ability to Heal Yourself
Whether you want to improve your emotional or physical health, you have the power within you to heal yourself.
You are an extension of Source Energy/God and have access to infinite intelligence. Everything you need to know to restore your well-being and return to who-you-really-are is within you. You have simply allowed your negative thought patterns to cloud your true nature.
Make a decision to step back into your power and reclaim your awesome self! Changes may not happen overnight, but rest assured, they will happen!
3. Follow the Guidance of Your Inner Being
Your Inner Being (also called Higher Self or Soul) is always guiding you to ultimate well-being. It is the wise teacher within you that knows everything about you, including why you have the challenges you have. It is who-you-really-are.
Your Inner Being communicates to you through your emotions. When you are feeling joy, passion, enthusiasm, or any other positive emotion, you are on the right path. When you are feeling anger, sadness, frustration, or any other negative emotion, you are moving in the wrong direction.
When you tap into the wisdom of your Inner Being, you will be guided to everything you need to heal your body, and your life. Your Inner Being will help you to create rapid, positive changes lead to a more harmonious and fulfilling life.
