3 Scripting Exercises to Create Your Desires

My introduction to scripting was through Abraham-Hicks in their book Ask and It Is Given. It has become  one of my very favorite conscious creation techniques. It is a simple yet powerful way to create your desires and activate the vibration to attract them into your life.

By scripting your desires, you engage in the process of imagination by picturing your future self having what you want. This process reinforces the new vibration by describing the situation in clear and vivid detail.

You are journaling your future when you write the details of what you want as if you’ve already attracted it. You make it even more magnetic when you write it in the present tense and add lots of positive emotion.

Scripting Exercise #1: Scripting a New Story

Imagine a desire that has manifested and begin your story with a statement of appreciation such as: “I am so thankful that I make $10,000 every month…” “I’m so happy and thankful that my business is thriving…” “I am so thankful for the wonderful relationship I’m now in…” “I’m so thankful that I’ve met the love of my life…” “I’m so happy with how awesome my life is right now…”

Then provide further specific details supporting this statement. Be sure that all are phrased in the present tense. You can write as much or as little as you like. A minimum of one full side of a piece of paper is recommended.

Scripting Exercise #2: Scripting Your Ideal Day

To set the intention for your day, add scripting to your morning routine. Spend some time before your day begins to script your ideal day. This is a powerful way to manifest what you want on a daily basis.

Imagine yourself at the end of the day. How are you feeling? What have you accomplished? What are you thankful for? What wonderful things happened? Describe it all.

It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to set your intention for the day and you’ll see the power of conscious creation as the day unfolds.

Scripting Exercise #3: Scripting Your Year

This exercise works best at the beginning of a new year. Take a few moments to create a vision for the year to come, then imagine it’s New Year’s Eve and you’re reflecting on all the wonderful things that has happened. What have you achieved? What have you done? How have you felt? Who is there with you?

Scripting your ideal year is an ideal way of harnessing the power of the Law of Attraction to manifest your dream life one year at a time.

This exercise can also be used to script your ideal week or month.
